Over the last few years, I have come to know Rob Desoto as a man of great character with desire to really "wow" his clients and a passion for his job. In the past, I have used other carpet cleaning companies to handle my carpet care needs...really expensive companies. The first time Rob cleaned our carpets I was shocked. Stains on our carpets that others could not remove, Rob removed. Even better, the stains never come back. My carpet looks the same three days or weeks later as it does the day it is cleaned! His system does not "soak" your carpets. As a mom of two small children, I am even more pleased that his solutions are non-toxic and there is no chemical smell! I have no reservation whatsoever recommending Rob to anyone for their carpet care needs!
