NEWS FLASH... There's a Big Orange that's been spotted at Festivals and Other Fun Events. No Need to Panic, he's Harmless and Quite Friendly. He's been known to Spread Good Cheer while his assistants hand out Free bottles of CitruSpotter for Friends to take home and try on their Carpet Stains. There is one warning... when you see him please don't squeeze him, he may leak juice!

Thanks to all those who came out to join us for the Marietta Movie Night. Special Thanks to Police Chief Dan Flynn, Fire Chief Jackie Gibbs and the Honor Guard for a great program honoring the heroes and victims of 9/11. Had lots of fun, check out the YouTube short!

Marietta Go-Girl!

The weather cooperated for this great event in the Marietta Square. There was dancing going on all day at the main stage and The Big Orange's girlfriend, Clementine was also there to show her spirit. Clementine was in the Limbo line and generally receiving hugs from all the girls there. CitruSolution also handed out a number of free samples to people enjoying the festivities. I heard Clementine saying that she had such a good time that she can't wait til next year. Thanks Ruth Mitchell Dance Studio for letting CitruSolution come and join the festive spirit!

MCAA Career Day

The Marietta Center for Advanced Academics (MCAA) held their annual job fair on Fri, May 8th. The enthusiasm was strong among the students who were interested in a career as an Entrepreneur. The 5th graders were actually dressed for job interviews, quite impressive indeed. Lookout world, here comes the crew from Marietta!

Over 100,000 attend Taste of Marietta

A Beautiful Sunday! A warm sunny day and hungry masses produced record-breaking attendance in excess of 100,000 people! A special thanks to the Marietta Business Association for offering their tent for members to market their business. All in all, ate some great food, handed out lots of free samples, listened to some great Blues by the "Men In Blues" band, and talked with a lot of great people enjoying the fun in the sun!

After a week of rain, Saturday couldn't of turned out to be a nicer spring day to hand out Free Samples of CitruSoluiton. Plenty of sunshine and giddy kids running around and having fun at the event. Live Music added to the festivities with a special appearance of "Big Orange". We caught some candids of the whole thing!

Are You Smarter Than A Sixth Grader?

Marietta Business Association members attend event through Partner-In-Education program with MSGA

Participating in this event was humbling to say the least, what a great set of students to compete against. High marks go to the Marietta Sixth Grade Academy for creating engaging activities to help prep students for their upcoming CRCT exams. Principal Hibbs (far left) played emcee for the event and it was a battle of wits right down to the bonus round.!

MCAA Science Fair

The Marietta Center for Advanced Academics (MCAA) recently held their Science Fair (Feb 2009). I was honored to be asked to help judge the contest. Coordination of the event was through the Partners-In-Education program established with the Marietta Business Association. Everyone deserves high marks for doing a great job putting together their project and their computer Tri-board presentation.
